My Lady Lillianne Prévost,
I hope this letter finds you well and safe. I am writing to tell you that we have made it to Marsilikos; in far less time than I had even hoped. The Katherine Moreau is like no ship I have ever manned. I owe all the workmen a boon for finishing her in time to join the war. I hope to show her to you someday soon. The items you helped me choose are perfect and I have received many a good word on them.

My dear capitaine,
I'm so glad to hear that you are doing well Perrin, though I can't but feel apprehensive that you have joined the war so quickly. A womanly weakness I'm sure. I shall put you and the Moreau in my prayers, for I would hate to see either of you come to harm. I still want that tour you promised after all, to see your beautiful furniture installed.
Wishing you all the luck possible, Lillianne
