PC Relatives:
Her father: Tsar Nikolai Romanov
Her brothers: Sergei, Fydor, Alexei, and Vladimir.
Her sister: Olga,
Her sister-in-law: Lessandrie de Mereliot.
Appearance:
Despite the fact that she is close to being an old maid, Svetlana still looks young – too young, perhaps, to be taken seriously. Her large aquamarine eyes look generally bewildered, or absent. Her features are very delicate, and this is enhanced by her chestnut hair, which she likes to let loose, though it's not a common thing in her country.
Her hands particularly are delicate, and graceful. They move in elegant, dancing gestures as she speaks. She has small feet, and a lithe figure that prompts well-meaning by-standers to worry about her health, though she is stouter than she looks.
Personality:
Svetlana is by and large the oddball in her family – a dreamer, an accomplished athlete, too, she dreams of the heavens. If she were an animal, she would be an ibis, a graceful and lithe bird taken to flight. This, she expresses best on ice, and when left to her exertion, she finds joy in skating, which to her is akin to dancing.
Svetlana is sweet, soft-spoken and gentle, obedient, too, at least in appearance. The truth is that she finds refuge for her disagreements in poetry and in dreams. She is constantly seen writing random words on a pad, because she likes the sound of them. She has been known to quote Pushkin and others like him to her siblings, and often hides in her collection of books - novels and poetry, always, for she is a true escapist who enjoys hiding in fiction.
History:
The fourth child of the Romanov Clan, Svetlana has an odd relationship with Olga, whom she often finds to unbending. Regardless of this, though, she loves her sister and wishes her happiness in everything she does, and is seldom vocal about the differences in their natures, though they are visible in the way they both mother their younger siblings, with Olga playing a more serious role, and Lana being more gentle. Alexei and Vladimir, she obeys, loving the first and fearing the second.
Her best relationships, however, are with her younger siblings, with Fydor, whom she dotes on, Sergei, who sometimes protects her, and Antsalia, whom she protects too, in her own way. Though she knows a time will come when she must marry, she expects little in that respect: Olga comes first and wishes for it, while she would only accede to it out of a sentiment of duty. She's happy to sit in the sidelines, and enjoy her artistic pleasures, though somewhere deep in her heart, part of her hopes that she will be able to love whatever husband her father chooses for her.
