Character Played By: Unknown Model
Name: Timothee Laurent de Morhban
Title: Contre-Amiral (Commodore) in the Royal Navy
Age: 28
Race (Lineage Origin): d'Angeline-Kusheline
Gender: Male
Height: 6'3"
Home Province/Country: Kusheth/Terre d'Ange
Appearance (1-2 Paragraphs): Timothee is a tall, wiry Kusheline nobleman, with short-cropped hair of jet black, and eyes the color of a stormy sea. He walks with the fluid grace of a seasoned sailor, and one can often see a bit of a smirk on his sharp, handsome features. He has a lean, athletic body due to years spent climbing in ship's rigging and taking part in boarding actions against enemy ships. When not wearing his formal uniform, he prefers to wear the colors of his house, his clothing crisp and well-tailored.
Personality (1-2 Paragraphs): The Contre-Amiral is a stern, driven man, used to getting his way despite the fact that he was born a cousin to the ruling branch of the de Morhban family. This is due to a combination of simple force of personality, and the rapidity with which he has ascended the ranks of the Royal Navy. If anything, however, he can be too focused, and does not change trains of thought easily, which is the reason for his anger at his new post as liaison to the Crown, despite the prestige that goes along with it. Whether he will eventually calm and accept it fully is anyone's guess.
History (At least 2 detailed Paragraphs): A cousin of Gervais, the former Duc de Morhban, Timothee was close in age to him. As a youth, he spent time fostering in the households of other provinces, as his father, Laurent, figured it would be good for his future, considering the lack of an inheritance that would be going to him. In this way, he fostered connections among noble houses in Azzalle and Camlach, connections that ended up helping him greatly in his later military career.
By the time he reached his majority, Timothee knew that he would not have an easy time of advancing himself politically. Having always been interested in seeing other parts of the world, he decided on joining the navy, knowing his family name would at least ensure an officer's commission. What he had not expected was how easily he would take to life aboard a ship, and it was virtually no time before he was in command of his own ship.
Ten years later, he finds himself risen to the rank of Contre-Amiral, his ships having a fierce reputation as pirate-hunters. It was some surprise, then, when the Royal Admiral decided to appoint him to the post of naval liaison to the Crown and Parliament. It didn't best please him, as he was focused on eliminating the pirates who roved the waters off of Terre d'Ange's northern coastline, but it was an order from a superior officer.
