Appearance: The exact twin of Delaunay, same mark of Shahrizai in her hair and eye color, same mark of Courcel in her long sleek neck. The only difference between the two is their height and figure, Phreya stands only 5'8, and her build is slender and lean.

History: Phreya wears the masks of many people; Comtesse and Princess, sister and daughter, courtier and lover. As a youth she was quiet, polite and kind showing all signs of Courcel bloodline. Something she was thankful for, as she watched her brother and only in a small part her father, as they dealt with their Kusheline heritage. But as the years grew on and her body matured she found that she took had the distinctive tastes of her Shahrizai kin.

Both Delaunay and Phreya live similar lives, having much of the same upbringing. And much like her brother, she felt the weight of deceit. Though Phreya always bore it lighter and with more compassion, recognizing that time passed and wounds must heal. The biggest difference between them is how they are now, while Delaunay chooses to live a solitary and far more quiet life, Phreya lives less reluctant of her royal family. She has always enjoyed the City of Elua and meeting with distant cousins. Though she has been to court on numerous occasions, she does find that life in the spot light is fairly tedious and bares somewhat bitter fruit. And where Delaunay is often brooding and introverted, Phreya is far more likely to smile, one that matches exactly Melisande's her father has said. Her tendencies for love play tend to favor receiving but she has slowly been pulling toward giving.
