My cousin Alora,
How are you? I hope that, even through the recent events, you are still well in body though I know how the death of our uncle has even the most distant members of our family as heartbroken as we. My deepest condolences to you in your time of sorrow.
That being said I would very much enjoy seeing you sometime soon. Perhaps a meal at my home or a drink or two? My family's vineyards are having a good year and I would be grateful to share some of the more rare vintages with you should you choose.
Yours cordially, Liselle d'Aiglemort-Montblanc

I read the letter over a couple of times in my office. Enough time had passed since then that I could think about it and not have the threat of tears overwhelm me. Liselle d'Aiglemort-Monthblanc. I don't recall the name, and I don't recall ever seeing her at the funeral. Granted it seemed like a good portion of those at the funeral were Shahrizai, minus myself and my parents. Dinner at her place seemed like a good idea. I could find out how we were related and how close we were in such relations. She could be far enough away in the line that I didn't have to worry, but until I knew for sure... I picked up my quill and began my return missive. Cousin Liselle,
I'm doing well with the duties of my new estate, I didn't want her to know of Ana and my agreement. and I'm still well in body. I thank you for your condolences and of your thoughts during such a time. Dinner and a drink sounds good. I'm free tomorrow evening.
Cordially, Alora d'Aiglemort
