"I have no cards or dice on me, so I suppose it will have to be some other kind of contest," I replied, as always enjoying the attention he showed me, whether or not it was real interest. After all, a girl does like to be appreciated. "But if it's anything with risk and stakes, that can mean a good many things, even something so simple as a flip of a coin."

"Coin I have," I said, producing a silver ducat and placing it on the bar. "And I think I have just the game." I explained. "One of us sets the dare, and the stakes. Should the stakes be met by the flipper, the other does the dare. Should they not be met, the flipper does the dare. Fair?"

"That sounds very fair, and the rules are quite well understood," I told him as I took the last drink from my mug and then set it onto the bar, reaching over and flipping the coin to its other side with a fingertip. "And shall I set the stakes first, or you?"

"That's very kind," I said with a smile as I picked up the coin. "Shall we start simple then? A kiss, wherever they choose, for whoever wins. I'll take heads." With a smooth motion I launched the coin into the air and then caught it, flipping it over onto the back of my hand without looking at it. "Did you win, my lord?"
