(Unknown Heiress of House Cardona)
Age: 21
Height: 5' 11
Race: Illyrian/D'Angeline
Gender: Female
Appearance (1-2 Paragraphs): Xaurora has wheat colored hair and deep blue eyes, like a night sky filled with stars. Her smile is sweet, her laughter carefree and musical. A true beauty, she is athletically built with beautiful proportions, a lovely bosom and very long legs. She's a dreamer and has a look about her that speaks of the mystical unknown, and of prophecy. She carries herself with such grace that to watch her she seams to float through a room.
Personality (1-2 Paragraphs): To be a patron of Xaurora's is to be in the presence of magic and wonderment, and those who seek solace from their dreams are welcomed with open arms to her heart. She feels a special compassion and empathy for anyone she helps, and thus is able to better understand their dreams and wishes. Her personality is bright and wonderfully romantic, her spirit buoyant and obviously that of a dreamer. She is infinitely kind and caring towards all she meets as well as flirtatious and funny when the occasion calls for it.
History (At least 2 detailed Paragraphs): Xaurora's Father, Daedalus Areleous, was a very rich and well known merchant from Illyria and his travels sent him to see many places. One year he decided to find himself a bride and thought that the women of D'Angeline heritage were by far the most exotic of them all. He by chance became acquainted with Lord and Lady Dicarlo Cardona, a minor noble family of little wealth and prosperity, who where seemingly having trouble marrying their only child, a daughter. Alina was many years younger than Daedalus, but he had fallen for her. Having made his fortune trading silks and spices he offered to marry their daughter. They accepted, finding that their declining wealth, not their hearts, were the deciding factor in the proposal. Daedalus was lucky because Alina eventually came to love him and bore him a daughter. She grew in grace and beauty even at a young age and had everything she could ever want.
Alas, when Xaurora was eight there was a fire in her home, apparently set by burglars. The entire eastern wing of the mansion was lost, and her parents with it. Yet the maids found her outside standing in front of the building watching as it all went up in flames. She was crying, saying she'd had a bad dream and that there was nothing but fire, anywhere she looked, except outside. When the sun finally set the next day there was nothing left of the mansion but ashes and smoke.
Xaurora was an orphan, but with a good sum of money. He father had left everything to her, entrusted to his old friend and benefactor, Bauldouin, in the City of Elua. Her father's benefactor became like a second father to her and had her fostered in the Night Court. Gentian House took her in as she had an obvious talent for seeing truth in dreams, and there she grew up. Becoming even more lovely as the years went by, and even more talented also, despite the nightmare of her youth. Bauldouin kept an ever watchful eye on her until she reached adulthood and could manage on her own.
Now an Adept in her own right, Xaurora lives for the memory of her parents and her patrons, hoping to help those who seek her advice as she was unable to help her parents...
However, there has been an alternate path for her to take; that of Vicomtesse of House Cardona, for her grandmother has passed on and her grandfather, upon his dying day, wished to let her inherit his title and what little he held in estates thereafter. The Vicomte, having heard nothing of his granddaughter's fate after the death of her parents had begged the benefactor of his estates to find her and bequeath her with her inheritance. Paolo's search continues, and as the last few years have gone by he has become more and more desperate to fulfill his Lord's wishes.
NPC: Jean-Luc Benét tu Bauldouin

His silver blue eyes are still very striking, etched at the corners with laugh lines complete with a sparkle of mirth that can be found from time to time.
He is strong and gentle, kind and understanding and loves Xaurora like a daughter. In fact, his own family had long since grown up and moved on to live their own lives. As far as he was concerned, the very fact that fate gave him a second chance at fatherhood made Xaurora all the more special to him.

Jean-Luc was often called Bauldouin by his friends and clients; Daedalus in particular, and later by his daughter, Xaurora. After the tragedy of loosing her family, Bauldouin became a much needed foster father to Xaurora and effectively gave her the courage to take on the special training she would need to become the young woman she is now.
As it will time passed on and he eventually left his business in the very capable hands of a cousin of his, letting him settle into a slower life style, where he could write and enjoy the finer things in life or while away the hours by the seashore at his country estate in Eisande.

That was three years ago, but time passes swiftly and Paolo has finally found a place where she might have gone. Tracing Xaurora's father's travels with the utmost care he discovers his name in the City of Elua in connection with a benefactor of the city. Thanking the gods he prays his search will soon come to an end.
