Character Played By (the person in your avatar): George Clooney
Name: Cassius Actaeon
Age: 52
Race (Lineage Origin): Carthaginian
Gender: Male
Height: 6'0
Home Province/Country: Carthage
Appearance (1-2 Paragraphs): Cassius is tall and muscular, hard and sinewy from years in the saddle and fighting the many wars that he has taken part in. In his later years, he has put on a bit of weight, though by no means is he overweight, just filled out and less angular. His hair is black and gray, his eyes a deep brown.
Personality (1-2 Paragraphs): Cassius is a hard man, a man who knows what he wants and isn't afraid to do whatever it takes to get it. He has little patience and even less tolerance for anything that he deems foolish or of no importance. As a person who has always gotten whatever he desired, he has a temper that comes out easily whenever thwarted, which is not often. Not known for being fair, instead he is ruthless, though he does have a manner of honor, never going back on his word.
History (At least 2 detailed Paragraphs): Cassius never knew who his parents were. He was born in Carthage, he believes, and grew up on the streets, stealing his food and sleeping where ever he could. One would think that was a hard life for a child, but Cassius thrived on the challenge. He believed that he was destined for greatness, so he took every stumbling block that came his way and conquered it thoroughly. An old general in the Carthaginian army saw him one day and took an interest in the feisty youth, enlisting him as his personal aide, and training him alongside his best soldiers. Cassius thrived in this environment as well, and when he was merely 20, he already held a high position in the army. However, he wanted more, but knew that there was no way for him to ever possess the throne of Carthage. However, to the west there were vast untamed wilds where only beasts lived, and it was there that he took a handful of men and several dozen slaves and built himself a city that he ruled over with an iron fist. Actaeon, he called it, after himself, and most people in Carthage thought the city a myth. It was no myth, however, and while Cassius still holds higher ambitions, at the moment he is content to rule over the city that has grown into quite a large settlement, several thousand strong. He keeps several wives and more mistresses and has more children than he can count. Still, he is restless, wondering if there will come a time when he can rule more than just this desert city he calls his own.
