Name of your character: Mael Leblanc
Available or Required Character
- Avatar/Played by (optional): your choice
- Name of (if any) character needed: your choice, as long as it isn't Leblanc, since Mael took his mother's last name
- Age of character: 46
- Gender of character: Male
- Short description of character (appearance, personality, history): He probably has either blond or light brown hair, and blue eyes, his personality and history would be up to you, but the important point is that he is (or was) a priest of Naamah and he has no idea that his son is alive
- Connection/Relationship to original character(s): He would be Mael's father
- Plans/Plot/Storyline for character: There are a few possible scenarios that could play out:
The "good" father
Mael's father sleeps with his mother during his year of service. Something happens to keep him away from her for ten years (maybe he does a bit of traveling and ends up getting stuck in a foreign country). By the time he returns, he finds that her house has been destroyed by fire and his son and lover are presumed dead. Presumably he decides to return to Naamah's temple in the City of Elua.
The "bad" father
In this scenario, Mael's mother sleeps with his father as normal, but this time, after completing his year of service, he decides to settle down and start a family. Ten years pass, and he's forgotten all about Lady Leblanc, until one day (perhaps by coincidence) he discovers that Lady Leblanc had a son by him, and this is a cause for concern (perhaps his new wife would disapprove of any children he had while he was a priest). In any case, he hires some men to take care of the problem for him. This scenario would most likely end with the character's death.
Something else?
If you have any other ideas, let me know. Perhaps Mael's father is basically good but has some deep character flaw that made him avoid his son for so long.
