Name: Fu Ying, Longwei (meaning: wealthy clever, dragon greatness)
Age: 56
Gender: Male
Height 5'8
Race: Ch'n
Home province: Qin
Appearance: Longwei isn't overly handsome, in fact he's not very handsome at all. He's eyes are a deep brown that are more black, they show nothing but cruelty. His hair is a deep black, matching his eyes, except for the smattering of white hairs placed randomly through out. Longwei's height is the only interesting and perhaps attractive quality. At one time Longwei was a fit man, sturdy and muscular, but its been a long time since he was in that shape, and though he still maintains a fairly slender form, he is nothing like what he was compared to when he was young.
History: Longwei is the second eldest of five children, four boys and one girl, with either two or three years between each of them. His oldest brother died at only ten years old, an accident in the palace's bathing rooms. Many said that there was a fight between the two boys for a long time, a standing hatred as Longwei craved attention and the throne. Many said he hated his older brother and that even at a young age believed that he was weak and could never rule. Truth be told Longwei's father encouraged his children to fight for the position they wanted in life. And Longwei wanted the throne. Despite what happened, it soon fell to Longwei to be the leader and the heir to his father's throne.
In his youth he was studious, often receiving taunting from older children about spending time with his nose in a book. It wasn't long though, till Longwei started in on military training all at the tender age of twelve. Longwei excelled at his training, mostly because he cared little for pain whether it be because he was receiving it or inflicting it. He earned himself the nick name of “Xiaobo” when he was young, meaning little wrestler. He had a taste for fighting and blood, which only prompted more stories about his elder brother's death, but for all that could be said, he was very very good. As a young man he was very much a lady's man. In his late teens he often spent time drinking with other members of his father's military during down time, and it was even said that he spent a lot of his time with his father's younger concubines. It was all speculation though, and no one knew for sure, other then the truth that Longwei was a lousy drunk. That was when his rage would show through and many times in his youth, he was found at local establishments fighting with the people of Shi Huangdi city. In his twenties, he was bared from many of the watering holes by his father as he began to get out of control when he would drink. And when he was twenty five Longwei's father forbid him to drink or he would be disowned and disinherited from the throne. He gave into his father's demand and quit.
Longwei married at twenty seven to his cousin Mei Lin on her sixteenth birthday. Their marriage was of course arranged from a young age and Longwei had no real interest in her except to produce heirs. Together they had four children, all boys to the great blessing of Longwei. Just after Longwei's thirty fourth birthday, his father caught a terrible sickness and perished within the year. In that time he went back to drinking and soon found himself with a concubine at his side. First Concubine, as he would call her gave birth to only one child and Longwei's first of three daughters. Four years later he took a second concubine and she gave birth to two daughters.
For the most part, Longwei is a good ruler if not strict and slightly aggressive when faced with opposition. He is still by far a mean drunk and everyone close to him knows to stay away from him when he has been drinking.
