Name: Gervaise de Morhban
Age: 34
Race: D'Angeline
Gender: Male
Appearance: The de Morhban family is not known for startling looks, counting on their bearing to make an impression, and Gervaise is no exception; his hair is a glossy rich brown which matches his eyes. Age has treated him well and left very few marks upon his skin. His body is that of a hunter, toned and sure with strength to spare, though his expression is usually one of careful thought.
History: His father being the younger brother of Henry de Morhban, there was never much title to go around for his family, though they certainly lived in comfort. His life was not considered unusual in any way- schooled privately, married at eighteen, widowed at 25 with no heirs- and yet he continues to meet like steadily, like a tree watching the sun rise. Or, perhaps, a castle watching grass grow, for he seems terribly aware of the fleeting nature of things.
Considered the solemn and responsible one of the line, Gervaise spends a good deal of his time watching new developments within the political field of Terre d'Ange. He's yet to wed again, attracting few ladies who wish his attentions due to his seeming lack of interest. A simple man at heart, he knows what he wants and does not hesitate to act upon a whim he feels is justified. He feels Kushiel's touch, but he sees no reason to let such a simple thing drive him to excesses he could avoid. He's aware of his cousin Theodor's actions but they're more of an insight into the big picture than holding any real notice.
Recently, having seen the turmoil in the capital, he decided to make his way there and view such events firsthand.
