I was glad enough of his help, since the head and foot board were large and awkward, even if they weren't heavy. Looking down at the carved wood, I smiled as I remembered creating it.

I helped him carry the next piece, smiling as he seemed lost in his own world for a moment. "I think Dorville will be very pleased to have you on board," I said with a grin.

I looked back up and grinned at Luc. "And I'll be glad to be on board. The next bit of business is to find a place for my mother and I to live."

I nodded with a smile. "Well... do you have many belongings?" I asked as we made our way to the back room.

I shrugged, and had to tink about it for a moment. "Well, we could probably fit all our belongings in two wagons. Including the furniture I've made for personal use. We live a fairly simple life."

I nodded my understanding. "I will see around and make some inquiries if you like. What sort of a living space were you looking for in the City?" I asked.

I shook my head and shrugged, "I'll have to talk it over with my mother first. She might want to stay behind." I shrugged again, "Thanks though."

I nodded in understanding. "Well then we will look forward to hearing from you," I said with a grin. "Are you heading back tonight or staying in the City for the evening?" I asked.

I nodded, then thought for a moment. "I think I'll stay in the City, at least for tonight. I've never been here before, so I want to look around. And I know my mother will be shopping for hours yet." I stopped, a thought occurring to me then. "Do you know where I might be able to park my wagon for the night?"

I was not sure where within the City, especially if it was to be kept safe. "Well, you can always park it at my family's home," I said with a smile. "Our stable lads will take good care of it and your horses," I said with a smile.

I smiled and nodded, "I'll do that later. It's right outside, so if you could keep an eye on it? I need to go find mother, and I want to take a look at some of the other sights."

I nodded with a smile. "Sure I will stay at the front of the store as much as possible, and keep an eye on your carriage," I said.

I smiled and nodded, "My thanks." Turning to go, a head of blonde hair caught my eye through the window.
