Money has to be worked for, please remember to that your characters have real jobs and for some, estate's to run. This may be a fantasy game but it seems so pointless to just ignore reality. Ducats: There are 3 classes of ducats- - Coppers -Would probably be used to tip servants, bar matrons, stable boys, ect.
- Silver Centimes -Proabably giving as patron gifts and more likely to be carried around by peers.
100 copper ducats = 1 silver Centime
- Gold Ducats -Not carried in excess except by high ranking nobles and the like.
100 silver Centime=1 gold ducat
-Nobles with titles and high ranking (Duc/hesse, Comte/sse) will be worth 30,000- 50,000 gold ducats per year depending on their own title (sovereigns will of course rank higher). -Peers with lesser ranks (Marquis/e, Vicomte/sse) are looking at 8,000- 25,000 gold ducats per year, again depending on the title and worth. -Peers with no title but perhaps a business will be making 2,000-6,000 gold ducats per year. -Adepts should never make more then 300-1,500 gold ducats per year unless the adept has given leave by a staff member to make more. Adepts with their own salons will be considered peers and there for can make more then a regular adept, but unless they are properly titled they should not make any more.
