So as most of you know, August 15th starts the celebration of Midsummer, which will run from the 15th of August till the 15th or September.
This is going to be a little more different then we usually do things for special events. Usually we open one thread and every one piles in at once. This time, we're opening 4 threads that will be open at the same time for people to post.
So heres how its going to work, the Midsummer is going to last a week long. But since seven seperate threads is a lot we're condensing it down to four days. Each day has a special event to celebrate the day (as stated below). Everyone is free to post as much as they want in any of the threads except the last one. The last event, the feast, will open on its own later for people to join into.
Please note that the four thread rule applies here still. For example, if you have two threads that you already have going with a single (1) character, then you can only join two of the midsummer threads.
So heres how's its going to break down;
Midsummer Fair:Day 1-Farmers Market- A variety of stalls selling everything from fruits and vegetables to clothing and textiles, carving and toys.
Midsummer Fair:Day 3-Horse Fair- The fair turns into a buyers market with corals for buying horses, as well as horse racing.
Midsummer Fair:Day 5-Spirit of Eglantine*-The day is filled with dancing, music, acrobatics and tumbling and works of art for sale. All Eglantine adepts free to all patrons.
Midsummer Fair:Day 7-Feast- A large feast with music and dancing in and exciting evening for everyone present.
Like I said, all threads will be open except the Day 7 which will open toward the end of the 30 day event.
Any questions and comments please make sure to send them toward you local staff member ;D
Thanks everyone!
