"Hmm," I pondered. "Well we most definately can not go by carriage. It won't do." I chuckled clapsing my hands behind my back. "Or are you less adventureous then that?" I raised a brow to her curious at to what kind of woman she was.

"Why do you think I wanted to meet you at the gates?" I asked, my eyes twinkling in humor. "I need to change my dress as well as gain my riding mount."

"Excellent." I said smiling. "One hour it is then. Shall escort you home?"

"That's alright," I responded, smiling at him. "It'd be quicker if we went separately, but I do thank you for the consideration."
I gave his arm a squeeze, ceasing the walk. "Shall we part now, then?"

"We should." I came toward her and gave her the quickest peck on the cheek before moving past her. As I passed I reached back and gave her a playful pinch on her rear just where her let met her buttocks.
"See you in one hour!" I called out as jogged away from her.

I gasped in pure shock as he pinched my rear, though he was too far away for me to do anything about just as soon as he did it. "In an hour, fiend," I called back, then made my way from the garden. I truly didn't have him figured out, and I wasn't sure what he had up his sleeve, if anything. One thing, though, was that I wouldn't put up with being caressed or pinched, not when I was being publicly courted by August. If Damien hadn't been my cousin, I wouldn't have gone on a picnic with him without August with me... I just wouldn't have done.
Shaking my head softly, I made my way to gather my carriage, intent on being home and gone again in enough time to get my necissary tasks completed.
