After getting home from the palace, I searched through my recently hung gowns. A fire theme? What can I possibly wear? Knowing I couldn’t afford anything new – not until I found employment – I finally drew out my brick red gown, textured by raw silk. It was a simple affair, an overlapping neckline that almost spoke of a navy uniform. It had a high waistline that displayed my small waist, and fell in graceful folds to the floor. Thinking of fire made me fetch my dragon pendant next, the silver beast wrapped around a black ring. It was one of my favourite pieces, something I brought back from Tiberium. All I would need to complete the outfit was some yellow ribbon to hang my pendant and to tie in my hair. I might not be the best-dressed woman in the room, but if I walked with my head held high, no one would notice.
