Time line: Plans have been in motion since Reese was a teen, actual work on the concept only began 10 months ago, a few months before his arrival in the City of Elua.
Description of plot: Reese has purchased and reconverted a building in Mont Nuit and intends to open up a modest club where patrons and their guests may come to relax, lounge and gamble. He has plans to expand once the endeavor takes off.
Plot Ending: Hopefully Reese makes a go of it and stays in business.
Any extra information: It will be a main floor with six gambling tables, each with five to six slots open, so a total of 36 gamblers at a time. Max capacity for the facility will be 76 people. There are three private rooms for rent to accommodate private games, diners or meetings. There are hourly or nightly rates. These rooms are not (entirely) meant for assignations, so no sex in the champagne room. There is a lounge with a small area for entertainment. Membership is preferred. For anyone who'd like a character to be a member, PM Reese. Dues are nominal, but VIP treatment is ensured. The club is open to non-members on a space basis. A cover charge will be levied on non member patrons. The club is open primarily in the evenings till four or five in the morning, with every seventh night closed.
