Name: Maël de Pons
Age: 25
Race: D’Angeline
Gender: Male
Appearance: Maël is 5’6”. Rather short for the average man. He is not all that muscular but very lean. He has dark brown eyes and brown/black hair. He keeps his hair pretty short but still shaggy.
History: Until Maël was 10, he lived with his mother, father, two little sisters and one older brother. His brother was killed two years after Maël dedicated. He was very drunk and insulted a nobleman’s wife. Two days later, he was mysteriously found dead. This hit Maël very hard and he didn’t talk for days. His brother had been his best friend.
Maël is a former adept of Bryony House. He did very well as an adept but gambled away a large chunk of his patron gifts. This put a slight hold on his marque for a while. Later on in his time as an adept, Maël found a passion in art. His room became known as “The hall of portraits,” because he had so many paintings. When he did not have any patrons, he spent his time painting other willing adepts.
Now that he has gained his marque, he is an aspiring artist. He can always be found wandering around painting people and things. His house is cluttered with paintings and canvases. Although he does work, like painting family portraits or something of the sort, he prefers just painting whatever he sees. If that happens to be a very beautiful woman, he doesn’t mind.
Maël is a very open and outgoing person. He can have a shy streak every now and again, especially when he is intimidated. Mostly this happens when he is around tall muscular men. He knows he lacks a certain masculine factor and he takes a sort of inferior role when placed beside a very masculine man.
