A Peaceful Ride

[Adin nó Alyssum]

I followed her neckline across her chest, and up the other side of her neck. I reached her ear and nibbled at her ear lobe before I murmured, "You taste so sweet Ali."

[Allisande nó Dahlia]

His words alone sent a twinge of pleasure through me and I sighed with it, humming softly against his own neck. "Likely as sweet as you do," I whispered in reply.

[Adin nó Alyssum]

Oh did she inspired desire in me. I wanted to feel her skin, but the carriage was no place for such things. Instead I contented myself to long strokes up and down her back as my lips returned to hers.

[Allisande nó Dahlia]

There was a tension in him, that of patience and anticipation, and i understood it nearly instantly, caressing his scalp as I hoped we'd be getting close to Alyssum or Dahlia soon. In the end, it didn't matter which one.

I continued with my long caresses as I pulled back slight from her. "It just occurred to me, I've never seen the gardens at Dahlia in the spring."

[Allisande nó Dahlia]

"Then you should, if you wish," I told him with a soft tone and small smile. "It's lovely in it's own right, though I have no idea if we have anyone as dedicated as you caring for it. The amaranth is nice though."

[Adin nó Alyssum]

I smiled in return. "It couldn't be nearly as beautiful as some of the other gems found in Dahlia." I actually managed the compliment without tripping over my own tongue, and in celebration I leaned back in and kissed her again.

Smiling, I kissed him in return before replying, "You don't know that, you haven't seen them yet," in a lightly teasing tone. "The lilies are also very pretty, at least to my eyes. Flowers don't compare to you either though."

[Adin nó Alyssum]

"I'm glad I can hold my own against a flower. Here I thought Mother Nature had me beat with her beauty." I teased her back before kissing her quickly and lightly.

[Allisande nó Dahlia]

"Close, but not quite," I teased lightly back in return, caressing his cheek as I felt the carriage shift onto the City cobblestones. "We're nearly back."

[Adin nó Alyssum]

I flushed ever so slightly at her pleasing words. "You're so sweet," I murmured with a smile. I leaned forward and opened the little window. "Dahlia please driver."

"Very good sir." Came the reply.

[Allisande nó Dahlia]

"I try for sweetness, but mostly miss," I teased, stroking his neck lightly. "I only hope I haven't misrepresented our garden too much."

[Adin nó Alyssum]

"You are the better judge then I at this point." I said with a smile. I leaned forward again for what was likely to be our last kiss before our arrival. The roads to the Night Court were easy and well traveled.

[Allisande nó Dahlia]

Smiling, I leaned forward to press my lips back against his, humming in pleasure and happiness as I cupped his cheek lightly. "And you are so sweet," I whispered against his lips softly.

My only response to her compliment was to press my lips to hers for another wonderful kiss. "We're here." I murmured as the carriage rolled to a stop, and I pulled away gently.

"SO it seems," I replied, pulling back as well though my hand stayed a moment longer before slipping from his cheek. "Shall we?"

"I think so," I said with a little smile. I opened the carriage door and hopped down, offering my hand as I tossed a small bag with payment to the driver. "Lead on."

[Allisande nó Dahlia]

"The garden's first?" I asked as I took Adin's hand and stepped down. "Or something to drink? It's harder to see the flowers in the dark."
