Week five of Winter, Year two of Queen Sabrina's reign More settled with every passing day, the itch to discover more about the City’s famed architecture took over and once a mild winter day appeared, I headed out. I had decided to start in the temple district, thinking it likely to house many of the things I sought. I had spent the morning walking, looking, studying, memorizing. Now however it was time to put some things down on paper. I found an empty bench and pulled out my sketch pad and charcoals. Looking around, I settled on a building with a striking hipped roof and began to sketch.

Hours later, I closed my now full sketch pad, and put away what was left of my charcoals. I had hoped to speak to people about the architecture in the city, but no one had come along, not even to speak of other things.
Sighing to myself, I headed home.
